Do you have any vegan or gluten-free options?
No. All our cakes contain milk, eggs, flour, and other ingredients.
Where do you deliver your cakes?
We currently deliver our cakes exclusively in Amsterdam - Netherlands.
What do I need to do after placing my order?
After you order on our website, you need to send the payment through Tikkie. Once we receive it, we’ll start preparing your order for delivery on the date you picked.
What time will my order arrive?
Delivery happens between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. We can’t give a specific time.
My order was wrong. What should I do?
We are so sorry about that. Please contact us by email at contact@trycakely.com.
What ingredients do the cakes contain (for allergies)?
You can check all of the ingredients (and the allergies) on the product description.
Can I return the plastic jar?
Although the plastic jar can be used for other purposes after washing, we are happy to recycle the plastic jar for you. In case you decide to return to us in a good state, we offer a discount of €0.50 per plastic jar in your next order.
How long does it take to deliver?
We deliver on weekends. If you place your order by Wednesday, we can deliver it the same week. Each cake is handmade, one at a time. This is what makes our cakes taste so much better than mass-produced ones!
